Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

You can't get any easier than this. It is so good that we have it at home. This is a hearty meal for hungry and cold Scouts.

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) can chunk chicken
1 (15 ounce) can black beans (we like to use black beans with peppers)
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers

Toppings

crushed tortilla chips
grated cheddar cheese
sour cream
sliced avocado
chopped cilantro

Directions
Drain the corn and combine with the other undrained ingredients in a large saucepan or stock pot. Simmer over medium heat until chicken is heated through. Add your favorite toppings. Makes four generous servings.
