There are separate reimbursement forms for Scouts and for adults that have incurred expenses on behalf of the Troop. The most common expense is when a Grubmaster needs reimbursment for food purchased for a campout.

There is a Tax Exempt form that allows retailers to not charge sales tax for Troop purchases.
